Which is the best app to read books without paying money?

Although I am unable to support or encourage piracy or any other unlawful activity, I can recommend legitimate options where you can obtain books for less money or for free:

With Libby or OverDrive, you can digitally check out ebooks and audiobooks from your local library if you have a library card.

Project Gutenberg: This website provides access to more than 60,000 free ebooks, many of which are classics. Since all of the books on Project Gutenberg are in the public domain, downloading and reading them is acceptable.

Google Play Books: Both classic and modern books are frequently available for free on Google Play Books.
